PRIVATE ONLINE CONVERSATIONS

A decision to make. A change to navigate. A place to start.

You do not need to know what coaching is, or have everything figured out. Bring a situation you want to think through: a career choice, a difficult conversation, or a pattern that keeps getting in your way.

I listen, ask questions and help you examine your options. Together we turn reflection into a next step you choose. You stay in charge of your decisions.

We agree the focus of each session together. When you feel you have reached what you wanted from the conversation, we reflect on your next step and agree to close. There is no need to fill time. The fee is per session, not per minute; we agree the time available before booking.

ROOMS WITHOUT WALLS

A closer look at a moment of change.

Adapted from Radmila’s accounts of individual coaching sessions. Names and identifying details are omitted. These stories describe insights and decisions during sessions; individual experiences differ.

The pressure to hold everything together

The starting point

A leader arrived exhausted by the need to stay involved in every decision. She wanted work to stop following her home and initially saw other people’s performance as the source of the pressure.

The turning point

The conversation turned towards the standards she set for herself and expected from others. She recognised that she was demanding more than one person could realistically carry.

What the client took away

She left with a different understanding of excellence: making space for trust, delegation and other people’s learning, rather than staying in control of everything.

When caring becomes carrying

The starting point

A client found it easy to set clear expectations with other teams, but hesitated with her own. To avoid uncomfortable conversations, she softened her messages and took on work herself.

The turning point

She saw that protecting the team also protected her from discomfort. The cost was her own energy and less clarity and ownership for others.

What the client took away

She decided to organise a team workshop to clarify responsibilities and invite people to take ownership of their goals. The session ended with that decision; the story does not document the workshop’s later results.

Everything matters. What gets your attention?

The starting point

A professional wanted better focus. Several work and development commitments competed for her attention, and letting any of them go felt like losing a part of herself.

The turning point

The conversation explored what made saying yes to everything so important. She connected her overcommitment with a fear of missing out on life, then recalled an earlier choice made by weighing her roles, rewards and costs.

What the client took away

The shift was from treating every commitment as necessary to questioning whether it had to stay that way. This was a starting point for more intentional choices, not a claim that her schedule was resolved in one session.

Recognise something of your own situation? You do not need to have it all figured out before we talk.

Share a few details and open a prepared WhatsApp message. Your details are passed to WhatsApp when it opens; avoid sensitive information.

The form opens WhatsApp with your details. Review the message and press send there. No message is submitted automatically.

1. Parties and order

The provider is Radmila Antić, acting as an individual under the OUTFRAME brand, based in Serbia. OUTFRAME is a brand name, not a separate contracting entity. Any legally required tax or registration information will be supplied before contracting. Radmila Antić delivers and charges for the coaching. Services are intended for clients outside Serbia; availability is confirmed for the client’s country before an offer is accepted. The client is the adult identified in the order summary. Before acceptance, the summary must identify both parties, contact channels, the selected service, exact total price including applicable taxes, payment due date, language, session dates or scheduling procedure and programme completion date. These terms and that summary form the agreement.

2. Scope and professional boundaries

Sessions take place online. The six-session programme normally runs over three months; the ten-session partnership runs over five months, with dates agreed in advance. The introductory conversation is free. We agree the focus of each session together. When you feel you have reached what you wanted from the conversation, we reflect on your next step and agree to close. There is no need to fill time. The fee is per session, not per minute; we agree the time available before booking. Coaching supports reflection, decisions and action; it does not guarantee a particular personal, career or financial outcome. It is not psychotherapy, emergency support or medical, legal or investment advice. No additional support, workshop or consulting work is included unless expressly listed. The coach uses reasonable professional care and the applicable ICF ethical standards; the client retains decision-making responsibility.

3. Price payment and formation

The advertised prices of EUR 100 per session and the six-session programme at EUR 500 are indicative until an exact tax-inclusive offer is issued. No additional charge may be added without the client’s agreement. The provider sends an individualized offer and these terms in a form the client can save. The contract is concluded when the provider receives the client’s explicit acceptance of that offer. Payment is due as stated in it; a booking is confirmed separately in writing. A website enquiry or preview checkbox alone is not an order. Payments are made only through the method stated in the offer, with an invoice or receipt as applicable.

4. Scheduling and cancellation

Dates and time zones are confirmed in writing. A change requested at least 24 hours before the session carries no charge. For a later cancellation or non-attendance, any charge is limited to reasonable actual loss, after saved costs and replacement bookings are deducted, and never exceeds the agreed value of that session. The provider explains the calculation on request. For a package, the session value is the package price divided by the number of sessions. Mandatory withdrawal rights take priority. If the coach cancels or cannot deliver, the client chooses a replacement date or a refund of the affected session. Technical interruptions are addressed by rescheduling the undelivered time without double charging.

5. Consumer withdrawal

A client purchasing outside their trade or profession may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after contract conclusion, by sending a clear statement using the provider contact stated in the order summary. The model withdrawal form is optional. Reimbursement is made within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed without fees. If the client expressly requests an early start, only the proportionate value actually supplied before withdrawal may be payable, where legally permitted and properly disclosed. For this proposed policy, OUTFRAME retains the 14-day withdrawal window even if the service is completed early; no general waiver is required. Any longer or more favourable mandatory right remains unaffected.

6. Ending the programme

Either party may end coaching by written notice. The client pays for delivered sessions and any lawful cancellation charge under these terms; the unused balance is refunded within 14 days. Delivered package sessions are not retrospectively repriced at a higher standalone rate. A missed programme end date does not automatically forfeit prepaid sessions: the parties first discuss an extension or refund. The coach may pause or end work where it falls outside professional competence, there is a material ethical conflict, or serious abusive behaviour makes delivery impracticable; unused fees remain refundable.

7. Confidentiality and recordings

Session content is confidential. Disclosure is limited to the client’s specific permission, a binding legal duty or order, or a serious imminent risk where disclosure is legally permitted or required. Only necessary information is disclosed, and the client is informed when lawful and safe. Professional supervision uses non-identifying information; identifiable sharing requires a separate lawful basis and prior information. An employer receives no session content by paying for coaching. Neither party may record, transcribe with AI or invite a third party without prior specific agreement. No testimonial, identifiable case study or credentialing contact disclosure is authorized by this agreement.

8. Materials and responsibility

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing material. The client may use coaching materials for personal development; publication or resale requires permission. The client’s own reflections remain theirs. No term excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Client responsibility for decisions does not remove the coach’s duty of reasonable care. No blanket exclusion or unverified financial liability cap applies.

9. Complaints law and changes

Complaints may be sent through the contact channel in the order summary. The proposed response target is 8 calendar days, without extending any shorter statutory deadline. No complaint procedure restricts court or regulator access. Governing law and competent dispute bodies must be identified in the final offer after the provider country and target markets are confirmed; mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rights are preserved. Terms already accepted cannot be changed unilaterally for that engagement. The agreed language version is recorded in the order; translation ambiguities do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

1. Controller and contact

Controller: Radmila Antić, an individual operating under the OUTFRAME brand; country of operation: Serbia. Contact for privacy requests: [FUNCTIONAL CONTACT FORM URL AND REQUIRED LEGAL CONTACT DETAILS]. Privacy enquiries can be sent using the website contact form. Any legally required representative or data protection officer will be identified here before launch.

2. How this preview works

This website does not execute a coaching agreement or collect payment. Booking opens a WhatsApp enquiry. The contact form opens WhatsApp with the entered details in a URL. Those details may reach WhatsApp when it opens, before you press Send; use only minimal, non-sensitive information. WhatsApp processes data under its own terms and privacy notice. Opening a hosted page may also generate hosting logs. The browser stores the language preference under outframe-lang. No analytics or advertising tracker is included in the supplied site code. These statements must be rechecked against the actual host and any added tools before launch.

3. Service processing and legal bases

The intended live service uses name, email, residence country, broad coaching topic, agreed terms, booking information and payment status to handle requests and perform the contract. Where GDPR applies, necessary pre-contractual steps requested by you and contract performance rely on Article 6(1)(b). General business enquiries and proportionate security or legal-claim records rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), subject to a balancing assessment. Records legally required under applicable EU or Member State law rely on Article 6(1)(c); obligations under other law need a separately assessed basis. For other applicable privacy laws the corresponding lawful basis must be documented before launch.

4. Optional uses and sensitive information

Marketing is optional, based on a separate opt-in where offered, and can be stopped at any time through the same contact route without affecting coaching. Privacy acknowledgement is not consent to all processing. No recording, AI transcription or marketing use of session material is enabled by default. Do not enter health information or confidential third-party information in the initial form. Any necessary special-category processing requires a separately identified condition and information before collection. No solely automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is planned.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Access is limited to the coach and necessary authorized service providers and professional advisers. Hosting, email, video meetings, payment and scheduling providers, their locations and roles must be listed before live collection: [PROVIDER REGISTER]. A payment provider may act as an independent controller; OUTFRAME receives transaction status rather than full card data. Transfers outside the applicable protected territory require a documented lawful mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or suitable contractual safeguards with any necessary additional measures. The actual destinations, mechanism and means to obtain safeguards must be stated before activation; using WhatsApp does not itself resolve these requirements.

6. Retention and security

Proposed retention: enquiries that do not become engagements, 6 months after the last contact; substantive coaching notes, 12 months after the engagement, then securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Contract, consent and financial evidence is retained only for the applicable statutory or justified claims period, which must be specified after the operating country is confirmed. A documented dispute may require restricted retention until resolved. Marketing contact details are removed when consent is withdrawn, with only a minimal suppression record kept as needed. Access control, strong authentication, appropriate encryption and restricted backups must be configured before live use; the preview does not certify those controls.

7. Your rights and complaints

Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and direct marketing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Identity is checked proportionately. Where GDPR applies, requests are normally addressed within one month, with any lawful extension explained within that period. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including in your habitual residence, workplace or place of an alleged infringement where GDPR provides that right. [IDENTIFY RELEVANT AUTHORITY AND CONTACT AFTER JURISDICTION REVIEW]. Required contract details are necessary to arrange coaching; optional marketing is never required.

1. Three party agreement

This addendum is agreed by the provider Radmila Antić, an individual using the OUTFRAME brand, based in Serbia, sponsor and payer [IDENTITY AND AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY], and participant [NAME]. It supplements the dated proposal [REFERENCE] and coaching terms [VERSION]. The proposal states three or six months, session number and duration, sponsor meetings, exact fees, taxes, payment schedule and end date. Workshops, facilitation and consulting are separately scoped and priced. No work starts before these details and all parties’ acceptance are recorded.

2. Goals and participant autonomy

The parties agree broad organizational goals. Coach and participant agree the session focus together. Coaching is not an undisclosed performance investigation or a promise of promotion, retention or business results. The participant may decline to discuss a topic or end participation without having confidential reasons disclosed to the sponsor. Employment consequences, if any, are outside the coach’s control and must be clarified by the sponsor before enrolment.

3. Permitted reporting

Default sponsor reporting is limited to programme commencement, number of sessions used and completion status, to the named sponsor contact in the proposal. Session notes, disclosures, recordings and assessments are not shared. Any additional report requires prior specific agreement with the participant on its content, recipient and purpose. Group themes are reported only where individuals cannot reasonably be identified; small group aggregation is not assumed anonymous.

4. Conflicts privacy and access

The coach raises conflicting sponsor and participant requests and may pause work to resolve them without disclosing confidential content. The parties document their actual controller and processor roles; employer funding does not make the coach a processor automatically. Necessary data-sharing or processing terms and notices are completed before exchange. Consent is not assumed freely given merely because an employee ticks a box. Recording or identifiable credentialing use requires a separate assessed arrangement.

5. Payment termination and change

The sponsor owes the agreed fees; the participant incurs no personal payment obligation unless separately contracted. Early termination is settled using delivered work and lawful agreed cancellation charges, with unused prepaid work refunded and no double recovery. Substitution of a participant requires agreement and a fresh participant agreement, without transfer of confidential notes. Changes in scope, reporting or price require written agreement by affected parties. Conflicting confidentiality terms are resolved before work continues.
